I began work with The San Francisco Cooking School when I designed the branding, website and event space signage for The Food Media Lab, a food media festival in San Francisco. Since the festival is meant to offer a space for conversation and community amongst people who work in food and food media in the Bay Area, I designed the logo to be bold, clean and playful while still connoting media, and built out collateral from there. Since then, I’ve created instructional materials regularly for the school (classes, bi-annual pop-up markets, festivals) my favorite of which are two very streamlined designs revolving around measurements below.
